As the Director of Communication, Innovation, and Advancement for the Baldwin-Whitehall School District, Dr. Janeen Peretin plays a pivotal role in shaping a nurturing and innovative educational environment for all students and brings over 20 years of dedicated service to the district, including roles as an assistant principal and high school mathematics teacher.

Throughout her tenure, she has been a driving force behind significant initiatives, such as transitioning to a 1:1 learning environment, the establishment of a mobile fab lab, creating an esports team and arena, the Fly Like a Girl drone academy, and elevating the district's status to a Google Reference District and a member of the League of Innovative Schools.
